Where we ship

We ship across the United States. If your country is not showing at checkout, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Processing time

Orders are checked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. These are estimates based on carrier averages, not guarantees.

Ordering for Halloween

If you need it for Halloween, order by 1 October. After that we cannot promise it lands in time. Priority Processing moves you to the front of our packing queue — it does not make the carrier drive faster.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no surprise charges at checkout.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. If it has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Delays

Weather, customs backlogs and peak season volume can all add time. If your order passes the delivery estimate, email us and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before it ships. Once a parcel has left we cannot reroute it.
